Terms of Sale

What you are buying, how it is delivered, and what happens if it is not right. Last updated September 2026.

1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by GHLExpertly. Buying here means agreeing to these terms. It is a demo storefront: the listings are sample products used to show how the store works.

2. What you are buying

Digital products for HighLevel: account snapshots, website and funnel templates, and dashboard themes. You receive a link that imports the product into your own HighLevel account, plus written documentation.

You are not buying data. Contacts, conversations, phone numbers, A2P 10DLC registration, domains and third-party integration credentials never transfer with a HighLevel snapshot or template, and are set up in your account afterwards.

3. Your HighLevel subscription

Everything here installs into your own HighLevel account. HighLevel bills you for the platform separately, and nothing sold here includes or replaces that subscription. GHLExpertly is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once, with no subscription behind them. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is by email to the address you check out with, normally within minutes and always within one business day. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then email [email protected] and we will resend it.

6. Licence

A purchase licenses the product for use inside your own HighLevel agency, including for accounts you manage for your clients. Reselling, redistributing or publishing the product itself, or any substantial part of it, is not permitted.

7. Refunds

Digital goods are refundable under the conditions set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Support

Every product includes email support for importing and configuring it. It does not include building new features for you, fixing changes you made afterwards, or work inside third-party tools.

9. No results guarantee

These are systems, not customers. Nothing in this store promises leads, bookings or revenue, and no example, screenshot or number implies one.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of HighLevel or any other vendor. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
