Refund Policy

Digital products, bought once, refundable on clear terms. Last updated September 2026.

The short version

If the product does not import, does not work as described, or you bought the wrong one and have not used it, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund you.

1. When we refund in full

· The import link does not work and we cannot fix it.

· The product is materially different from what the listing described.

· You bought the same product twice, or bought the wrong one and have not imported it.

· You cancel within 14 days and have not imported the product.

2. When we do not refund

· The product has been imported and used, and works as described.

· The request comes more than 14 days after purchase.

· The reason is that HighLevel changed a feature, or a third-party tool you use changed.

· The reason is that the product did not produce a business result. We sell systems, not outcomes.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, with the order number and one line about what went wrong. You do not need a reason for an un-imported product.

4. How long it takes

We reply within one business day and approve or explain. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
